The British troops are taking over our things. We also feel like they're trying to steal our land. We are totally scared. The general came in to scream at us and drink our tea. Then the soldiers told us to give them our things. Some of us were sitting on the floor and some of us were standing up. We felt furious. There are even people talking about fighting for their freedom.

Oh my gosh! I was in the Media Center when I heard the British were coming! So I jumped on your blog to get an update and sure enough I discovered there was an invasion in your classroom! Oh my goodness! :-(
ReplyDeleteBy the look of the facial expressions looks like the encounter were a bit troublesome. Did the British take any personal items? I too would be furious!

The British troops didn't take anything yesterday but today they did. Today they took away some of our tea cups and a few other things...
