Making Pockets

Today we made pockets to help us carry our things. It was really hard because some of us didn't know how to tie knots or sew. We were lucky because people helped each other with the sewing.

If we had to make all of our clothes...

"I would feel so tired I would faint." -Tommy

"I would be mad because I would keep poking myself." -Isabella

"I would be frustrated because it would be too hard." -Jermaine

"I would try to invent a machine that sews things." -Arianna

"I would just die because I would freeze while I was sewing." -Drohan

"I would help other people tie their string." -Susana

    WOW Backpackers!!! I saw you in the hall and wondered what you had! How cool! Sewing is very hard. I tried it once and I got really frustrated. Maybe one of you could show me??
